Spotless room and beautiful bathroom. Great amenities like central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge. Magnificent location close to George St easy walking distance to everything downtown with views of harbor. The pool area is great too.

we had a wonderful stay for the holidays. the location is marvelous, close to the convention center. the room was a decent size with nice views of downtown, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service.

Great location near coffee shops, restaurants, downtown bars, and the harbor 🏙️. the breakfast here is top-notch and has something for everyone to enjoy.

Recently renovated and modern rooms with private bathrooms; fantastic location for exploring Duckworth Street.

People, People, People. Your people were absolutely perfect. Everyone without exception seemed to really like their jobs and went beyond their jobs demands we felt. And we don't mean just a couple of people but everyone. What a wonderful place to work where everyone is happy. We will definitly stay there the next time we come to town.

The ones cleaning the rooms didn't seem to notice when we were out of tea and never emptied the garbage cans. The cost of eating at the hotel was high with smaller than expected proportions. The carpets are worn out and need replacement yet were still fairly clean.

This hotel was well-maintained in every respect, had exceptionally nice stuff with the manager who seemed unfazed. The room was newly decorated and featured a refrigerator, air conditioning and an iron.

This place offers great value, is clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Railway Coastal Museum.

The young lady who was taking care of the room was wonderful. All other services were below our expectations

All the service in the bar & restaurant. Food was usually cold & over priced. Service was very slow.

The rooms here are spacious, come with a complete bathroom, modern furniture, and offer stunning views.

Our room had a bathtub, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from The Rooms museum.

Comfortable place to stay while travelling around St John's. Huge room with a view toward the harbour.- Great and stunning location, minutes away from The Rooms and the harborside sights and sounds of St John's.- Convenient proximity to mall shopping.

Excellent location next to convention centre, connected by covered walkway so we didn't have to walk in the rain. Also easy walk to shopping, restaurants and George St.

I found it overpriced. I've stayed at nicer hotels in big cities for less money. My bathroom was soiled with makeup on the walls and blackened areas on the floor tiles.

Staff was fantastic. Can't beat the location.

Hotel is on the old side, a little tired and in need of TLC. Value for money would have been better elsewhere.
